About the event
Leaving an abusive relationship is often seen as the finish line.
In reality, for many, it is only the beginning.
Long after the relationship has ended, many continue to struggle with self-doubt, anxiety, guilt, fear and a loss of confidence. Decisions can feel overwhelming. Trusting yourself can feel impossible. You may find yourself wondering how you became someone you barely recognise.
Domestic abuse and coercive control can impact far more than a relationship. They can affect your sense of identity, your confidence, your voice and your belief in yourself.
My role is to help you reconnect with who you are beneath the fear, uncertainty and exhaustion.
Together, we create a space to pause, reflect and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and self-trust.
